What file format does Schedule Import accept?

PittBoss accepts .xlsx exports from When I Work. Export your schedule for the week from the When I Work web app, then upload it directly in the Schedule Import section.

How do I print a setup sheet?

Open any finalized setup sheet and use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P or ⌘+P). The sheet is optimized for Letter/A4 paper with a clean black-and-white layout — background colors are stripped automatically.

Can I run multiple locations from one account?

Yes — Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple locations. Each location has its own setup sheets, schedule imports, and team roster. Switch between locations using the location selector in the top navigation.

How do I add a new employee?

Go to Team → click "Add team member". You can create a login for them immediately or use their profile for setup sheet assignments without giving them app access.

What happens when my trial ends?

At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be prompted to choose a plan. Your data is never deleted — you can always reactivate with a subscription and pick up where you left off.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Go to Billing in the app and click "Manage billing". This opens the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, upgrade, or update your payment method at any time.
